This page is for users of the Fit & Fab mobile app by Fit & Fab with Swati Sodhi. It explains how to request that your account and associated data are deleted.

How to request deletion

Use one of these methods:

1. In the Fit & Fab app (fastest)

1. Open the Fit & Fab app and sign in.

2. Go to Profile (or Edit profile).

3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is then deactivated and associated personal data is processed for deletion as described below.

2. By email

Email fitandfabwithswati@gmail.com from the email address or with the phone number on your account. Use the subject line Delete Fit & Fab account and include:

- Your full name

- The phone number registered on the account

- The email address registered on the account

We may ask you to confirm the request so we do not delete the wrong account. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove or de-identify data tied to that account, including:

- Account details (name, email, phone number)

- Profile photo and progress / wellness photos you uploaded

- Body metrics and measurements (weight, height, age, gender, chest, waist, arms, hip, thigh)

- Tools and wellness logs (steps, water intake, diet and calorie logs, workout logs, BMI, body-fat estimates, BMR/TDEE, reminder settings)

- Coaching-related records stored against your user id (for example diet plans assigned to you), except where we must keep a copy as described below

What we may keep, and for how long

- Payment and tax records: we may retain invoices, transaction IDs, and similar records as required by law (typically up to several years, depending on applicable rules).

- Security and fraud logs: limited technical logs may be kept for a short period to protect the service.

- Backup copies: deleted data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited time until those backups rotate (usually within 30–90 days), and is not used for coaching after deletion.

We do not use deleted-account data for marketing.

Device data

Some Tools data also lives on your phone. After you delete the account, uninstall the app (or clear app storage) to remove local copies.
